PictureConvert is a free, browser-based tool provided "as is". By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Your Files & Rights

You keep all rights to your images. We do not claim ownership, we do not store them, and we do not use them. Since processing happens on your device, your files technically never leave your possession.

We try our best to make PictureConvert useful and safe, but we cannot guarantee perfection. The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible if a file conversion fails or if the site is temporarily unavailable.

5. Limitation of Liability

PictureConvert is a free tool. We are not liable for any damages (including lost data or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our site.

6. Practical Use Guidance

These terms are intended to be clear and fair for normal image workflows. Most users come here to convert formats, compress files, and prepare images for publishing. You are welcome to use tools such as JPG to PNG, PNG to JPG, Compress JPG, and Resize Imagefor personal or business content, provided your use is lawful.

If you are handling customer files, verify your own compliance obligations and keep local backups. Since processing is browser-based, we do not retain your originals for recovery. You remain responsible for file custody, publication decisions, and any legal rights attached to the content you upload.

Our operating model is privacy-first: image processing happens on your device. For details on how data is handled, read our Privacy Policy. If you need to inspect hidden metadata before sharing, use EXIF Viewer, and remove sensitive metadata with Remove EXIF.
